I made two requests to "move money" to my bank account. PayDirect transaction page shows both transactions completed/cleared on January 30. They have not shown up in my bank account and my bank shows neither one as "pending". I e-mailed PayDirect on Feb 3, 5 and again today and have received no response. I'm afraid to request to "move money" again until this is resolved so other money is sitting in my PayDirect account.
Does anyone have a telephone number for PayDirect??? HELP!

Hi I have noticed that it takes almost 10 days for money to be moved into my bank account using Pay Direct......the price of being a "free" service ? or like Paypal where money is made off the interest generated by the money "sitting" for X amount of days........Any thing to make a buck I guess.

I am not sure when you requested the move, but it takes about 11 working days the first time and count on 8 or so banking days after that point.
Here is the number: 408-731-3335

Thank you SOOOO much for the telephone number. I just got off the phone with a customer rep and found out a few interesting bits of information!
I have been using PayDirect for about 4 months and every transfer has been completed in 2-3 days. The difference this time is that I transferred it to my CHECKING account instead of my Visa account (which is a debit card attached to the checking account). When you transfer to a checking account, it takes about 10 working days. Transfers to Visa takes only 3 days (or less). The young lady I spoke to had no idea why the difference in processing time. I will have to wait another 2 days before the 2 transfers will be in my checking account! Obviously, future transfers will be to the debit card.
Thanks so much for your help.

Afterthought....
It would be GREAT to have a list of direct contact telephone numbers for the auction sites and on-line payment services. Does one already exist somewhere? Does anyone have one that they would be willing to post?

Can't complain about PayDirect too much. Once day I found that the "PayDirect Team" had given me $100. That's right: One Hundred Dollars. They said I won the daily sweepstakes or something. I didn't complain...

Yep and that was supposed to culminate with a nice little $10,000 giveaway to one grand prize winner, but I haven't seen anything happening with the prizes since the first of the year...Did they just stop that giveaway?

Hi msmas:
I think I'm one or your buyers. I found that I have to give PayDirect about 10 days before the money actually gets into my account. They take their time but I always got my money.

My funds finally made it to my bank and 4 days after contacting Yahoo!PayDirect by email, I received this reply today:
"Hello,
The length of transfer time depends on the type of account that you are transferring money from and to. The following guidelines will give you an idea of how much time you can expect to wait for the transfer to
complete:
*When you move money from your PayDirect account to your checking or savings account, the transfer takes approximately seven business days. Yahoo! PayDirect executes the transaction immediately. The remaining time is a result of card processing and inter-bank settlement delays.
*When you move money from your checking or savings account or debit card to your PayDirect account, your PayDirect account is funded after approximately 7 business days.
*When you move money from your PayDirect account to your credit card, you should see the funds post to your credit card in approximately 2 business days.
*When you move money from your credit card to your PayDirect account, your PayDirect account is funded almost immediately (within 1 business day).
*When you send money to a recipient, they can deposit the funds immediately into their PayDirect account after they sign in to their
PayDirect account and accept the funds.
Regards,
Yahoo! Customer Care"
