This option to get your money back from Yahoo disappears when you leave any kind of feedback to the bidder. I had a deadbeat bidder and left them feedback trying to get their attention and never heard a response and now when I try to get my money back the option has disappeared.
Does anyone know how I go about getting my money back now that I don't have the actual link???

Your supposed to file a deadbeat bidder complaint first, This gives the winner a chance to amend their error and PAY, leaving feedback before trying to have yahoo remind buyer I think will leave you holding the bag. This is true with any large site, much like a regular job, you have to start at the bottom and work your way up with a complaint. Keep in mind, buyer may have a real problem or even be dead, I found out the hard way on another site, it is pretty embarrassing to leave bad feedback only to have a family member to appologize for a dead bidder.=)

Yahoo is sorry to inform you that there refund policy was only ment to be avaliable and visable for the new registed user not to people already registed and listing who might actually send out an NPB .
Yahoo stand behind its stament that credit card verification has fixed the dead beat problem since dead beat problem is fixed and fees have made it posible for yahoo to only have the Finest auction items on the net they dont understand what your problem is that the refund link for your auctions disapears after feed back is left be it negitive or postive http://www.Dman-N-Company.com
