I tried to ask a seller a question on yahoo, after I type in my question and hit submit it goes to a screen that says I cannot ask seller a question unless my rating is higher than a -3. What I think is so crazy about this is that my rating on yahoo is 623.... Does anyone know what the problem is... has anyone else had this problem

I have heard of this happening to someone else.
I think an employee with a pink slip must have tripped over a cable on the way out the door.
