Aloha all, I was wondering if anyone out there has tried the new Yahoo! Seller's Manager. If so, have you had problems or it is smooth. Talk to you guys laterz.

I have used it. It's trim, lean and simple to learn. Very fast for submitting auctions. You can create a template that remembers all of your fave defaults -- length of auction, payment method checkboxes, etc. I find that even auction management services don't always do this correctly (namely Andale and AW, LOL).
The auction notes field is generous and has enough room to record e-mails and payments. I tested re-submit, too, wonderful!
The records table are in spreadsheet format, easy to read, easy to sort (i.e., by auction number, winner, etc.)
However, YSM has trouble seeing that I'm connected to the internet. I have a cable modem. After a few tries, it will connect, but this is a nuisance.

I decided to try it because you are suppose to be able to work on auctions without being connected. I am very slooooow when creating a new auction and thought this would solve the problem.

Their are some settings in the program that will cause it to try and connect to the internet. Under tools options you need to go to general and you will see reset security key. Use the drop down menu to set it for a long time. Then under tools options refresh uncheck the box for automaticly update info when oline, put a check in the box for don't ask for refresh at start up,and then finnally set the time limit for check user online/offline status to a long time. This should take care of all the problems.

This would have been handy when I was still listing with them. Yahoo would have to cut their current fees in half before I would bother listing with them again.
