I got notice that I had received a payment. However, I can't even access my account to accept it. Tried the email, and through the icon on my auction. Neither will open.

I've tried everything. I changed my mailing address, now I can't even get into my auctions because I can't update my paydirect account to match the new address-gggrrrhh!

Well, I called their support number, on hold a good five minutes (long distance). When I explained the problem guess what their answer was? 'I don't know, wait a while and try it again' Lord help us, even the live people give canned responses!!!

That's one of the reasons that many internet companies are failing. They don't give a rip about or don't have a clue about customer service. If you went into a B&M business and they made you wait several hours to several days to get service, and then gave you canned responses, they would go out of busniess quick.....
