Yahoo fires Brian Fitzgerald and his product team that masterminded the Yahoo Auction fees.

Afterall, we told them it wouldn't work, they wouldn't listen to their customers, and did it anyway.

Now, they want customer input??? For what?

Its the same deaf management team. Let's get some people in there who know the importance of customer satisfaction.
