I have just downloaded and installed the Yahoo! Seller's Manager software offered by Yahoo! so that I can create Yahoo auctions offline and load in bulk. I can create auctions fine, however when I go to submit them to yahoo!, I keep getting an error message that there is a problem with my wallet. I don't have any problems if I list my auctions directly on the site. It gives me a url to go to to correct the problem, however everytime I try to I get an error message that the site is unavailable. Does anyone know the address where I can contact Yahoo! and ask them a question regarding this situation? I have searched all over the auction site and cannot find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is also FEEDBACK FORM you can get to directly from the HELP menue in Yahoo! Seller's Manager.
It takes them a couple of days to get back to you AND you don't always get your specific question answered the first time, but it really isn't canned. More like they don't read it all before answering.
I am trying to change the color in my template AND increase the font size on my main description area and although they tell me I can, the info they sent me didn't work.
Still trying.
They said Yahoo! servers strip out BODY TAGS and I need to use TABLE tags. But it didn't work either.

Atleast you got it to halfway work. I downloaded it and couldn't even get it to open because it couldn't connect to Yahoo, so I just gave up trying.
At least ONE buyer (out of a dozen) has been able to pay me through PayDirect this week. All the rest give up and use PayPal or send a snail-mail payment.
Whatever YaWho is paying their code-writers it's too much, because I keep encountering glitch afer glitch after glitch.
