Does anyone know, can you list pre-sale items on Yahoo, like Barbies? I know Ebay has its 30 day policy in regards to pre-sale items. I don't see any pre-sale Barbies listed on Yahoo, so I'm kind of wondering. And I haven't been able to get any direction on this through Yahoo Auction Help. Anybody know? Thanks in advance for any responses.

Yahoo! TOS, (Terms of service) prevents the sale of items you do not have in your possession at the time of auction.

Actual rule: (Yahoo! Guidelines for sellers)

8. Rights to and possession of items for auction. You may not offer any item for sale which is not in your possession, you do not have the right to sell, or that does not exist at the time of the auction.

Thanks for your response, mint4you, I appreciate the info. But your quote; is this some kind of personal vendetta?

You're welcome. The quote fits lots of posters, including ME. It helps me too, to remember not to think I know it all. Lots of opinionated posters on here at times, me included.

Sorry, ok, guess I'm a little bit too much of a 'conspiracy theorist' today! Good quote (keeps us humble), & I saw it on other posts of yours.

Thanks, I occasionally come up with a new one. I enjoy putting them together. It also keeps me in line, usually . Have a great weekend. Mint
