I have customer who is trying to pay for their auction using PayDirect. According to PayDirect's confirmation e-mail to them the money is in my account. The only problem is, it isn't there. I have no funds coming in according to my account screen. I've tried e-mailing PayDirect and only get canned responses. The customer is getting annoyed by the delay. Does anyone know a phone number for contacting PayDirect??? HELP! Thanks!
