could someone tell me how to check sell- tthru rates on items on yahoo...ebay i can see from the closed items..yahoo seems to show on closed auctions only the ones with bids....Patrick

Yes the closed list only shows successful auctions (reserve met included). I'm afraid you have to know how many ads were in the category vs. the # showing closed on that date. Some categories fluctuate a lot lately, 400 ads 1 day- 625 the next. Some others keep a pretty steady daily rate of open ads. All you can do is make a note of the # open daily so you can judge accurately.

I would determine the number of closed auctions with bids for the past week and divide by the number of current auctions.

If you tabulate your results regularly you'll get a more accurate sell-through rate, but this is going to at least give you a reasonable estimation.
