Just out of interest, I was looking through my long blacklist tonight, and it seems that almost everyone that I have blacklisted and given negative feedback to, have continued not to pay other buyers. I was amazed to see that one buyer has 1 neutral, 62 Negatives, and 0 positives. How long is someone allowed to carry on bidding and never paying?

Amber: I asked Yahoo this once. They told me that the person has to have a cumulative -3 in feedback. So if they have 50 positive feedback but 10 negatives .. it doesn't count. The feedback rating has to say overall -3.
At that point - if you contact Neighborhood watch - that bad bidder will be removed. I'm guessing they (Yahoo) isn't very quick about it.
I have a bidder now who has 160 positives but has racked up 63 negs. All I can do is warn others in the feedback and blacklist.
Guess what - this bidder (based on feedback) is also passing bad checks!

I thought I just saw that after the 4th non paying bidder notice, that they are permanently suspended from auctions. Posting negative feedback isn't always enough as you must also file the notice with Yahoo.
