From TAG:
As of 24 Nov 01 Yahoo Auctions had 274,047 listings on the site.
As of 5 Dec 01 Yahoo Auctions had 399,258 listings on their site
As of 7 Dec01 Yahoo Auctions had 504,507 listings on their site
As of 23Jan02 Yahoo Auctions had 313,102 listings on their site

I really think they should have free listing days monthly. They doubled their listings in one day.

That's great, but I cannot get into www.Yahoo.com at all. I can enter the auction site through my bookmarked auction list.
How is anyone who doesn't have the auction site bookmarked in some way going to get in???

It's probably just you. No problems here. Most users enter the site via bookmarks anyway. I hope you don't have a corrupted file in your Yahoo bookmark, those are a pain.

Thanks bidsbids-I was afraid of that.
Yahoo is completely dead for me except the auctionsite! I can't figure out why.
I have called my ISP and they told me to get them the "address" and they would run a check for me. I think that is the actual number assigned to each site, which I don't know.
EDITED TO SAY IT'S BACK!!YAHOO!!
My glitch is unglitched and it only took 9 hours.....and I apologize for all my whinning.

It's nice to see that the listing numbers are growing. Even if it is at a slow rate. As long as those numbers reflect real auctions and not the junk they got rid of with the listing fees. So far it does appear to be the good items though.
I think Yahoo had a good plan a year ago, it just took a while for the good sellers to figure it out.
