Ignore them and block their email. No one knows about the question/answer feature and I'm sure the Q/A tab is almost never pressed on an auction. They'll get tired og being ignored and go away.

It took you five days to ship the item. Wow, that is way too long. Now, this person you are shipping to might not be the nicest person, but she has a legite gripe if it took you 5 days to ship after payment. (I am assuming PayPal or simular method). Shipping should have been within 48 hours if not sooner. If some kind of problem came up that you couldn't have made it within that time frame, you should have e-mailed the winner to let her know of the situation. I consider that common curdosy and in most cases, bidders if you let them know about the situation right away will not have a problem with it. I have had a couple of situations where I couldn't make it within 48 hours and I let the bidders know and they replied saying thanks for letting them know.
That also brings me to an item that I had bid upon a couple of years ago. I won and paid with PayPal. After two weeks and I still didn't have the item, I e-mailed the seller. The response I got was I mailed it 3 or 4 days ago. She couldn't even tell me exactly when she shipped. Turns out she didn't ship until 2 days after I e-mailed as evidenced by the post mark.
The moral of the story is to let you buyers know when you will be shipping in your thanks for the payment e-mail. Also after you ship the item, e-mail them again to let them know the item is on the way. I do this and have never had anyone complain about my shipping time.
I hope you can get it resolved.

PS: On Yahoo auctions, you can block them by putting them on the blocked list. As far as the ask a seller part, the question is not visable to anyone else until you respond to the question. Also now you can block the question if you do answer so others cannot see it.

There are many Monday holidays at the Post Office and if an auction is paid for late Friday afternoon that is 3 days for many sellers to get to the post office as many offices are closed on Saturdays. The few that are open usually have long lines. If I have more than one package to go by the Saturday morning before a Monday holiday I will usualy spend the 20 minutes in the PO branch that is open. Many days I have made 2 trips to the post office to allow buyers to get their item as soon as possible.
At the other end of the spectrum as very rural sellers that have to make a long trek to the nearest post office and I can see their point of view where they only go twice a week to the post office.

Email Yahoo and ask for their help - this person should be suspended! Gripe or no gripe, following you to another auction site and continuing to harrass you is stalking! And this seems like a little much anyway, tracking you down, and getting a whole new ID? they really should get a life.
Maybe SafeHarbor on ebay can help, too - since the transaction was over there, and this type of behavior is against their rules, they really don't need or want members like this!
Add their ID to your Yahoo blacklist right away, if they can't bid on your auctions they won't be able to neg you at least -
Good luck!
