have any of you tried the goodwill auction? this is very hot right now, lots of bids on every sale, its run by goodwill indistries, and they get lots of good stuff, and good bids, i wish i knew how to be a seller on this auction..check it out !!! joan

This site is ONLY available to Associate Goodwill Stores - not selling for the general public.
Their statement is:

So, so much for that site....no place for the public to sell.

well so who cares if you cant sell their it will be a good way to find items and also help out a good cause in the meantime

What is so hot about that site. Has slightly over 15,000 auctions. Empty & pretty much the same as every other site. Every site after eBay performs the same function. Sure they might have different features but the concept has already been done & many times over.

this was my very first post to this board, you can be sure it will be my last, i tried to find a friendly group of people who sell on auctions, and help one another with advise, new informatiion, etc. instead, i found a board with rude, judgemental, attitudes, NO, i dont work for goodwill, im 64 and retired, work for no-one, sorry i ruffled so many feathers, i was only trying to give some input to the group to get known..and find ppl i could trust to answer questions, and be helpful...good luck with your group...
