I was looking at a Yahoo Auctions user's feedback and saw he had 2 negatives.

Here they are:

Received -1 from Yahoo! Auctions
Intel Pentium Ii 450 P2450 New W/fan Cpu 512k !! (Apr 30 22:43 PDT)
Comment:Administrative penalty for cancelling bid. (Apr 30 22:43 PDT) (most recent)

and

Rated a Poor Buyer by ramman_84401 (-29)
Comment:ramman_84401's comments have been suspended (rating < -3).

====================

Both reflect well on Yahoo. The bidder cancelled a bid and got a negative from Yahoo itself and the comments of a -29 feedback user were deleted.

But the fact that the buyer was allowed to get to MINUS 29 in the first place doesn't reflect as well..

The -29 user had bid on a large number of items at once. That so many users got their fees back and left negative feedback is good but once a user hits -1 he/she is toast because almost every Y seller sets their preferences to zero feedback. For eBay to allow -1 or -2 or -3 bidders to have a field day and continue bidding is a dirty shame. It shows their intense greed.
