Since late this afternoon, when I try to relist an auction, I get through the review page, and then after pressing SUBMIT, and waiting and waiting, finally a page comes up saying "THIS PAGE CAN'T BE ACCESSED AT THIS TIME."
In the past when this stupid page popped up, the auction would have relisted anyway, but today my auctions are not relisting when I get this stupid page.....

Yeah!!!! Only when I'm trying to relist, my computer freezes up, and I have to restart. This is frustrating!!!!! Guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow, or the day after. As usual!!

Well, I've been on line for many years. We have 2 phone lines and multi-computers, (which is to say it happens on all computers, and various phone lines) and I know it is NOT a computer problem of mine or my ISP......

I've just been to a diff message board where lots of Y! sellers said they have been having this problem for 9 hours straight now.
We always get some useless or awful new thing after these problems occur (NW, re-sub cut to 2 times, Map to your location on your listing, search for items ONLY within 25 miles of your home etc.) I wish they would ASK what sellers WANT instead of screwing up the system to load all this crap we don't want.

Can't repost either, can't edit descriptions to warn bidders item is no longer for sale, can't cancel auctions...complete breakdown of system, as far as I am concerned. When I mention this on the seller chat pages I am lectured about TOS saying I cannot sell items privately until they are canceled, in effect my items are being tied up by yahoo and I am being told if I do not make them available to yaho bidders I am violating TOS... even my membership in ROSA, Reliable Online Sellers Association is being threatened by Yahoo staff.. Please read the seller chats to see what I mean. I have asked ROSA to accept my resignation, if I cannot cancel and auction I
run the risk of not being able to deliver on an item because I choose to cancel but the yahoo system is so srewed up it does not registers cancels, or editing of descriptions... S..o...s.

Glad to hear I am not the only one. I cannot resubmit or clse early an auction. I've tried both several times. Is there an announcement board for Yahoo Auctions?.

Well I dont know where the problem is with yahoo that your all finding but I was liisting auctions at varys houurs yesterday I even closed and relisted a few after fixing problems.
and this morning I had several item to relist no trouble just a few mins ago either.I noticed for a while yesterday yahoo was slow so maybe just some people had this trouble.I have had the trouble you decribe here in the past so I know it is frustrating for sure.

dman, I don't know what part of the country you are in, but it is now Monday, the relists are going through at Yahoo, BUT Yahoo is SO SLOW, that I am waiting more than 5 minutes between pages - this is TOTALLY different than anything in the last year, and this has been going on 3 to 4 days now.
It is like everyone in the world just signed on to Yahoo.....Off of Yahoo I can move fairly well, but when I get to Yahoo movement comes to a screeching halt.
BUT last evening my husband, on a different computer, different phone line was having the same problem all over the WWW - we are both running 56K modems, and go through a top of the line ISP...which itself shouldn't be overloaded as we live in a rural area where there are more Peanut Wagons than computers.
If this continues we are going to have to look to a satellite connection, I can't work at this ridiculous rate...thought everyone would go out of town for the holiday and leave the computers alone, instead it seems every kid in American must have gotten on line when school let out.

Well as soon as I left the note above, I went back to Yahoo and now between every move, the system is asking me to sign in again, you put remember me, and it does no good....this is turning into a nightmare......

There are nomessage boards, just the Seller's Club at Yahoo, which is where this type of problem is usually listed. I would appreciate you joining this club and posting a meassge stating the problem there, I did so last night and the are trying to discredit me for doing so, along with other negative comments from members of this club. If another person reprts the same problem as I did perhaps they will stop "attacking" me and take it more serioulsy, strength in numbers I say. my ID there is tgruenhagenfinearts.

Well my relisting problem is just backwards from what you all are saying. I went to relist an auction and it listed it twice!!
Oh well, since it something that I make myself if it does sell twice, I can just make 2 of them!

Be careful if you use reserves on your auctions. I had one where the reserve price wasn't included. I didn't know if it was Yahoos or my fault. I tried to relist one today and it did the same thing. I have a reserve and buy price. There is no reserve showing up.
