After the doldrums of late April and all of May, it seems sales are really picking up again for me. Also, buyers are starting to leave feedback again, even all the newbies. In the slow period I could not get anyone to leave feedback to save my life. My faith is being restored in Yahoo. DONT lose yours!

I'd like to hear from others on the subject of Yahoo. I have just started putting a few things on, and I have had very few lookers and no bids in three weeks. Anyone else having the same experience, or does it just take time?

I have come to find out it just really depends on what you are selling. What ever your particular interest in selling is, research that category first before you go listing alot of stuff. Find out whats hot and whats not and kind of go from there. Also, do not use reserves on Yahoo, I tried that when I first started and it gets you no where. You might also try the buy price option and in your listing state: First Bid Wins This Item!

So hang in there and good luck. Once you get the feel of Yahoo you will see results.

Our sales are also going well.

I had 101 auctions listed on Thursday evening (this was a new high for us) and we have had 9 sales at the buy price as of this morning (Sunday).
7 more items are "sold" but the autions have not ended. One of those 7, one has 8 bids, several others have 3 and 4. No complaints here. We do YAHOOOO!

to get the most views on your yahoo listing list your item one by one useing yahoo and up load you pictures to them if you use auction manage sites you wont have thumb nail pictures in there view photos only area where most go to use yahoo

as far as sales picking up yahoo has alway been this way one month up one month slow some time a month with nothing.

your have to move with yahoo buyers alway surf yahoo and list item in catagorys that are selling now if you see a hot catogory today and list itmes there next week it wont be the hot spot no more also a key to sales is to keep your listings high up in the 75 to 150 listings in many areas not just one
