I would appreciate anyone's help! I decided to list on Yahoo for a change, and started about 20 auctions.
Now when I try to add more, the message says I'm a child and can't sign in...not in a long time! But when I try to verify my age with a credit card, it says I'm a child and can't sign in! Is Yahoo always this much trouble? Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried writing to Yahoo, and got a form letter telling me to verify with a credit card! Sheesh!

apparently I'm listed as a minor (I wish) but the point is that I can't get into ANYTHING because every time I enter my password, it says 'you can't access-you're a minor'...including the link I'm supposed to go to in order to correct this! Very frustrating! The thing is that I've had this account for over a year, and it just started doing this today.

They just changed some software again, and users are having assorted problems.
Click on "help" in the top right corner. Then Related Links "Yahoo Help Central", then "Passwords", "Why doesn't my password work?", under "Is this enough information?" click "NO" and explain the problem. Then copy it and put it in the box under "Contact Us...Let us know!" and send it again THERE.
There ARE real customer support people at Yahoo--I had one respond a few days ago to suggestions I gave. You just have to GET to them PAST the computer-generated spit-back.
