Click "help" in the upper righthand corner, then "Let us know" and fill in the boxes and submit it.

Well if they answer, it will work.

Maybe I should just forget the whole thing.

Glen, I'm with you...I've sent them a question twice in the last couple of days with no response. I can't get past the email verification screen - even though I've done everything that was asked. I was ready to sell there, now I'm about to give up!
