I've been planning on putting stuff in the "about me" page that Yahoo! has and thought I'd see what others are doing. Do you put anything there? Do you think it helps? What do you have there? I know many eBayers have lots on their pages but I haven't seen much on the Yahoo! pages. Thanks for your thoughts!

I keep meaning to create my page but haven't got around to it yet. I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to put on either so I'll be following this thread to see what everyone else says!
I do have a few ideas. I might like to put on a picture of me & my boyfriend (we often do auctions as a team.) I also plan to list items from my own personal "WANTED" list- there are a ton of them! Maybe some other seller would have one of my sought after items on hand and let me know. That would be fantastic!

I wish everyone would at least put their email address on their About Me page.
A lot of folks have links to their websites and their terms of sale on theirs. I've seen quite a few that just have personal info such as first name, occupation, hobbies & types of items they collect.
Most of the items I sell are in the same category so mine says "I have hundreds of related items not yet listed. Email me if you're looking for something specific, I likely have it." I have sold as much that way as from ads.

Kasmoon- fantastic idea! Especially since I too seem to buy more stuff than I can list all at once. I'm perpetually behind!
I wouldn't consider posting my TOS in my "me" page, because it annoys the !@#$% outta me when other people do that. I hate extra clicks! So I'm impatient. I figure if I'm impatient, lotsa other people out there are MORE impatient. I'll keep my terms in the auction listing where they are now. But I think you're onto something with the email address. Might be better to put it on my "Me" page than to have it in the listings, which is where I have it now (except for when I forget to put it in, which is often.)
