I just listed my first auctions on yahoo - but I put them into the wrong category - CDs instead of Records. Does anyone know an easy way to correct this? I have looked through all of the help and don't see another way except ending them and relisting. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Hi!

I too have yet to find a way to change the category on a relist. I believe you must resubmit a new auction. What I have done to simplify this procedure is click on "relist" of the auction you want to change, then copy your description (you already have the HTML all set on it), then go to "add an item (or new auction)", choose your category, then paste the old description into the new auction. Then all you have to do is fill in the title again and the remainder of your choices. You will then have to cancel the original auction. Don't forget to delete the old auction from your closed auctions.

Hope this makes sense to you!

Good luck,

Janandpals Thank you for your help. I guess I was hoping there was a way for Yahoo to just magically change them for me but this will work and I really appreciate your response. THANKS!
