I posted a couple hundred auctions yesterday. They have not shown up in the search screens but I can view them in My Auctions. Does anyone know why this is possible? I used the bulk loader and they all appear fine in My Auctions but I am getting worried since many auctions posted after mine including auctions from today already show up in the search screens. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

if you listed your auctions for 7 or 10 days in catagorys that are flooded and you didnt feature them they will show up in the last few pages that come up when you search.
if you list in a catagory with say 9000 listings in it , when you search you end up on page 1 of 90 the frist few pages will be featured items the next few pages will be ending in the next few hours and so on your auction for 7 to 10 days will be on like page 87-90.
it really pay to bid features to be on the top of the search list or list for 3 days at a time.
it pays even more to list with one bid wins buy price set high enough so you can offer free shipping if they bid the buy price.

you know, i'm having the same problem. i do a search for the key words in my title and my auction doesn't show up. only four or five other auctions share the same keywords, so there aren't even any pages to sift through. did i do something wrong? (and just in case you can't already tell, this is my first auction on yahoo.)

Thanks for the info dman3 but that's not my problem. There are only 18 other items in one of my categories, none in most others and none of my auctions are showing up. Its been a day and a half. They still show in My Auctions but in no search screens. I just contacted yahoo but I know it could be a few days before I hear anything. So any help is appreciated.

Mine are NOT coming up from single or multiple keyword search either. I've even tried to edit/paste the exact titles from my ads to the search box and it still says "no results found". I've also heard from other sellers that they can only find theirs here on AW Universal Search page for Yahoo. Strange they show up here but not there.
I sure hope my bidders use AW for searches.
Another problem, I looked at my ads without being signed in (as a bidder would see them). I had uploaded all photos direct to Yahoo but when I clicked "show only photos" most of my thumbnails did not show and it said I had alot less ads than I actually have. If that doesn't clear up by tomorrow I guess I'll use edit auction to delete photos and reload them. What a pain, but if I'm not being found on keyword search or shop by photos I can't make any sales.

Interesting. I too just noticed that they do come up in the universal search but not in any yahoo searches. Anyone with advice please let me know. And anyone experiencing the same problem, please contact yahoo too so we can get this corrected. I still have not heard anything back from yahoo.
