Have a friend who tried to sign on, they wanted cc she gave, they wanted the 3 numbers on back(had the same card for 20 yrs and also used this one to sign on with yahoo originally). They tell her sorry that number is not valid. She's gone to the bank the cc company all is ok. Tried yahoo's 800 number which isn't for this problem. They gave her another ph number, which was not an 800, and twice she tried to call and got left hanging for over 15 minutes. Hence I won't repeat what she thinks of Yahoo direct. Has anybody else had this problem or know how to solve it.

I think someone else did post that same problem. Unfortunately I don't remember that they ever posted a solution to it.

I would personally recommend calling PayDirect customer care directly at 408 731 3335. I've called that number twice & customer care gave me immediate help in both cases. Either that or you could email- auctionee posted an email address awhile back in another PayDirect thread here at AW. Don't remember it off the top of my head- never used it.

Good luck to ya.

On the signing up. I sent her the feedback e mail address, she bombarded them with messages cause she wasn't getting an answer, they gave her the phone number above I beleive, and she did phone them, and it's not a toll free. She has said forget it I'm not signing on...she's so fed up with the circles, and can't blame her, I wouldn't spend my monies setting 15 minutes on the phone to try and get it straightened out.
Nothing she does will let her be !accepted! to yahoo direct.
I will pass on these numbers and e mail just incase they aren't the ones she used.
Thanks guys for the help.

On the phone number she was given, she tried 3 times was put on hold 3 times, and each time then disconnected. So it no wonder she
is very fed up with yahoodirect.
She used the number given above by the way.
If yahoo is looking at all maybe they can give me an answer.
