I'm attempting to change the category of a auction during the resubmit process.
When I click the resubmit link in my closed auctions list I get the auction listing available to be modified. If I then click on either the auction category or the "Complete List" then all the auction information disappears and I'm left with a blank form.
Can anyone suggest how I can resubmit auctions AND change their category in the easiest way?
I know I can cut and paste to a new listing form but it seems there should be a way of changing the category.
Another approach would be to resubmit the listing as-is and then attempt to change the category of the active auction. I don't know if it is possible to change the category of an active auction and can not find a method for doing that thru "Manage Your Auctions".
I've done this on eBay but this is the first occasion I'm trying it at YAHOO.
Am I just one click away from knowing how or is it not possible?

Unless they have changed something that I am not aware of (which would not surprise me), you cannot change the category of an active auction and you cannot change the category when resubmitting an auction without starting over...as you have found.

Ok This is what I have found to be the fastest way to change categries when resubmiting your auction on yahoo.
have two browers open one to your closed auction one to the submitarea of the new categoy you want to list in copy and paste your title ad and piture to the new category submitit and delete the old auction.
the process once you get the hang of it takes no more time then just resubmiting.
