I read alot of positive here about Yahoo sooo I decided I would cross over from Ebay and list a few items. Well.. I screwed up big time. When I launched my auctions it put in my "stuff" from Ebay. Such as Happy Ebaying at the end of my description. Not Good for yahoo I went to Yahoo and it only let me add to description. oh what to do... Yahoo will probably slap my hand.

Hi TnGigi, You would have to cancel your auction, and than turn around and click on "relist". During the relist you can edit your description to your hearts content. Hope this helps. Heike

You can just 'edit' the auction and give a simple explantion. Yahoo! will understand, and so will everyone else. No need to waste an auction.

It is simple to cancel & relist with changes. Unfortunately now it effects your sell-through ratio which in turn effects your listing placement. Since you have a 0 it doesn't hurt much right now as far as placement. Just more incentive for us all to "get it right" the first time now. That's always been hard for me but I'm trying harder than ever these days.
