Ok one of my buyer made payment via Yahoo PayDirect. What happen was, I e-mailed him a money request & he promptly replied with the money.

I then proceeded to accept it. However when I check on it, I don't see it as money received. In fact I don't see his name at all. Its like the payment from him was never received.

I e-mailed him & he told me that his credit card has already been charged. One curious thing, the transaction number is different i.e the link I initially mailed him is different from the number he gave me.

What is Yahoo PayDirect help number or e-mail etc.?.

You may have been looking at a money request receipt. I had the same mistake using PayPal's money request, and for some reason I couldn't understand why I had a receipt but no money.
Check to make sure it is not a Money Request Receipt.

Pay Direct Phone # (408) 731-3335

Did you go to transaction history? Try selecting "ALL" and maybe advancing the search date a month!

Hope this helps!

So far no problems with Pay Direct only my CC trying to charge me a late payment fee for transfering funds to them on time and saying I missed a payment!

The CC company took care of that and credited my account!

Yup I did check all my transaction history & saw the entire list which wasn't veyr long to begin with.

I saw several 'Request Sent' which was accepted. They have + signs to. Do they mean that money has been accepted to credited to my account.

This is confusing. I have to admit that Paypal set up at least is very simple.

In the transaction history, anything with a + you have accepted and the money is in your PayDirect account. If you sent a request and they paid through that link, the description of the payment will be "request sent to xxxx". In the yellow bar at the top of the page, it will show your current balance which should be the total of everything in your transaction history less anything you have withdrawn or sent (will have a - before the amount in transaction history).

Short answer to your question if I confused you, your thinking is correct.

I tried calling the number. Its was hilarious, you guys should try it. They will put you on hold for 1.5 minutes & ask you if you wish to hold. If you do press 1. I press 1 like 10 times & after that I was disconnected.

Auctionee, thanks that helped.

Mercury is retrograde folks. You have to expect problems with the phones.
