Hi!
I've spent a few hours trying to find basic info about Yahoo Auctions - like how many days can you list an item, listing fees, final value fees etc. I can't find anything! I've gone through the 'tour' twice and still can't find these answers! Can someone direct me where to look?
Thank so much

There are no fees of any kind. You can list and sell for free. There are extras you can pay for, but that is optional. You can list for a maximum of 10 days, with two automatic relists. Meaning, the auction could run a total of 30 days if the item is unsold.
Go the the home page and click on the button 'How to sell' under "Getting started".

Then if it still didn't sell, you can manually relist it again and again until it does and it still doesn't cost you anything.

CharlieOne and Auctionee I thank you and appreciate your responses! That was fantastic to hear about no fees - I knew there were no listing fees but never knew there were no final value fees!
Anyhow, last night I tried listing an item and then again this evening I listed two more - just to try it out. I was amazed at all the options and the ease and speed in listing! Tomorrow I will be doing more.
Thank you again!

No Bids????? I have gotten plenty of bids this week. Sure I'd like more but I have done rather well on Yahoo and hope it will continue.

Listing fees do not buy you bids.
Look at egreed. We get the honor of paying fees there for 0 bids.

First, I would recommend reading through some of the older threads here to get an idea of how Yahoo differs from Ebay. There are some very significant differences, and understanding these can mean the difference between a profitable experience and a big waste of time. The vast majority of people who say the have tried Yahoo and it hasn't worked for them usually don't understand the unique aspects of Yahoo auctions.
Secondly, (and many people here will disagree with this one) I recommend forgetting the idea that Yahoo is "free". In many instances, you may find that it is necessary to use featured auctions to be successful. There's nothing wrong with that. I believe that viewing Yahoo as a much cheaper alternative to Ebay (rather than a "free" service) will lead to much greater success.

What he said! ^^
I can also add that I have sold many times the items on Yahoo in the past 2 months that I have on Ebay and it was all pure profit!
Also, be sure to request your feedback from either Amazon or Ebay be moved to Yahoo in the form of credits to be used for featuring items.
