hmm... Just got back from vacation and was going to list some odds and ends on Yahoo! Surprise! They now want credit card re-verification, even though I am already signed up for Yahoo! wallet.
Weird...
Well, after my initial irritation at being asked to transmit the numbers again, I went ahead and did so.
Not good enough anymore. Now they won't accept the PO Box I've had listed with them for over a year ( since I got here) because that isn't the billing address for my CC.
They are also demanding a telephone number, which they had not asked me for before.
I guess this means I'm done at Yahoo! I have great feedback here which was hard to come by since neither sellers or bidders leave it here that often it seems like, but I am done.
It has never happened to me, but I've read these stories about crazies getting a home address and stalking other users. That is why I've always used a post office box - if someone needs to find me for a legitimate reason, they can go through the post office
who has my home address.

They are requiring your billing address now because they are actually "verifying" the credit cards now. As soon as the credit card is verified, you should be able to change your address on file back to your PO box without a problem.
