It has been reported in the Seller's Zone that some glitch has caused a number of people to have been charged for all their featured auctions on one day the 22 of November. You need to check your balance because if you happen to be one of those people, you are going to have one hell of a charge on your credit card from Yahoo. One person reported that they had bee recharged for over 500 featured auctions.

Features is totally messed up anyway. When I try to do a feature- I follow all directions
After putting in .10 etc it goes to Wallet- I click pay with Wallet-- then it goes to Security Key-- (WHICH doesn't always come up) Then it asks for my sec key code OK-- THEN it says click Secure area...THEN -- it says Warning you are entering an insecure area which can be observed 3rd party etc.
I just don't get this-- I know about secure and insecure-- but WHY does it say click secure and say the opposite??

I was confused about this when I first tried to feature also. When you enter your security code, you are logged in for 1 hour...so if you feature more than 1 item within an hour, it will only ask you for it the first time.
You are directed to a secure site to enter your security code. After it is entered, you are sent back to what appears to be the same featured page you were originally on (the one showing all the featured auctions and amounts for that category) which is not a secure site. But if you scroll down on that page, your item is highlighted on the list to show you what position it is in and it is featured at that time. If you look at your "My Auctions" page, you should see the featured logo next to those items.

Sellers Zone is a club on Yahoo-you will have to go to clubs and do a search. Whenever a link to another discussion site is posted, the message is deleted by the moderator as being against the TOS here.
Regarding the overcharges, folks in the Seller Zone who have had this problem have reported that it is getting straightened out via telephone. Another poster also reported that she had been charged for the month of November twice-apparently there are a few glitches at Yahoo.

Thanks for the heads up! I checked and everything is fine in my account, but it's good to know of problems to check.
