Hello. I have been considering adding a Vendio gallery. Is it not sufficient only to update the picture in the listing for an image to be automatically corrected in the gallery also? Does the Vendio gallery not allow for the seller to correct gallery image choices (such as if it were to pick up the wrong jpeg or a gif by accident? Do all changes like this have to be made by Vendio as a special request?

Hello,
The images are imported once -- when you list new items, or when you first sign up for the gallery. The gallery does not reimport images so if you have something you need to change, you will need to make a request with us. The gallery is not designed to display different images at different times for a specific item -- once the image is imported once, that is what will show throughout the auction duration.

Thank you for that information. I'm glad I found that out before I signed up. A situation where I cannot correct importation and other image errors in my own gallery does not meet my needs as a seller.
