How do I get the ended items out of the gallery? Also, I listed an item several hours ago and the gallery isn't showing up? Why not?

I just noticed that the bid amounts are not being updated hourly and in some cases, they haven't been updated in over a day. Please help with the glitches I'm getting. Thanks, Allison
I apologize for not answering this post any sooner. It takes a couple of hours for the gallery to update. I checked your eBay ID and it looks like you don't have anything avialable for sale anymore -- if you looked at closed listings, your gallery should be empty. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Sonya. I have lots of items up for sale. For some reason I had to re-enter my personal information again. It's working now and I think it's great. It was another power-seller who convinced me to stick with the program. Ironically, the day I joined, you were having technical problems. When that cleared up and I re-entered my info., the program performed as expected. I'll be here for awhile! Thanks, Allison
