hi there, i want to start using the vendio gallery. I post approximately 50 listings per week but also have about 2000 store listing.

DO i get to pick and choose the listings I want in my gallery? or will they randomly choose from all my auction and store listings?

also, do my images have to be hosted by vendio?

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot choose what goes into the gallery, or how the items will display themselves.

What is your monthly volume? We can come up with a custom plan for you that will be more cost effective for your current volume.

hi sonya:

Thanks for answering so quickly.

Well, between the store and my auctions, I have approximately 2000 items up at a time, although most of them are store items as I only post 50 auctions per week.

the fact that it's random I guess is OK.... however, I don't host my photos on vendio and I don't launch from vendio. Is that a problem?

hi sonya:

I tried to signup with the basic $2.95 plan, but got this message "The eBay information that you have entered was previously associated with another Vendio account. Since we do not support the use of one eBay account across multiple Vendio accounts, we will need to move the eBay ID from your previous account for you. Please contact Customer Service for assistance with this. Note that once we move the eBay ID, your previous Vendio account will no longer be able to perform eBay related tasks. You will be unable to list any scheduled items on the other Vendio account, and we will be unable to gather closing listings for post sale automation (WBNs will NOT be sent"

what do i need to do?

Hello,

Alan -- it does not matter where your images are hosted, you will just need to adjust your gallery preferences for image providers accordingly. If you are still interested in the gallery, let us know, so we can quote you a price based on your volume.

Thelobby -- The error you are receiving indicates that your eBay ID has been stored in another Vendio account. We will need to move the ID for you, and we will require the following information in order to do so (you can email us this information so you don't have to post it here):

1. Any Vendio IDs you may have registered.
2. Any email addresses you may have used to register a Vendio ID.
3. Your eBay ID.

Regards,

Sonya
