HI, on Sunday (8th January) I uploaded my logo and paid for the watermark feature to go onto my existing Ebay auctions but as yet nothing has appeared on them, it is listed on my account that the watermark is enabled. I have sent 3 emails chasing Vendio but no answer, any ideas??? Thanks.
Watermarking only works on images hosted through Vendio. It does not look like you are signed up for Vendio image hosting -- if you do not plan to sign up for it, we recommend you disable watermarking and then contact our billing department (you can do this through the Help page by clicking on email) for a refund if you have been charged.
