I have been doing ebay for a few years with a camera that took a lot of tinkering with to get the right color. I just bought a nice Olympus camera that takes great color shots indoors. I have put them on the lowest resolution which is 640/480 but the first auction I put on the pictures were too large to fit on the ebay screen. The auction went through but the pictures are too large and you have to scroll from side to side to see all of them.
Does anyone have any ideas. I would appreciate your help.

With your new larger images you have a few options to address this issue. First, you could enable the 'click to enlarge' option, which would resize the images in your listings down to only 250 pixels wide, and give them the option to be clicked up to be viewed at their originally uploaded size.
You can set this up via the My Account page, under the Global Preferences link. Scroll to the bottom and in the Item Listing Options section enable the preference and click to save the change.
Note however that this wont change the images you already did, as it is applied at the time that the images are attached to the listing.
The other option is to automatically resize the images during the upload process. Since your running Windows XP, you can use this other tool we have to upload your images and in the process choose from 3 different sizes to resize them into.

I followed your advice and changed the setting to automatically size the pictures and it works great.
