I have been having technical problems with my subscription since I subscribed to Vendio Gallery 6 days ago
sometimes all photos show with no problems but most of the time only 30% work I have contacted ebay who is hosting the images
and asked for there advise they have informed me they do have problems with there listings

But still informed me that your technicians should still be able to the list images.
To date I have been rudely ignored by your service department in fact my last 3 emails have had no reply which leads me to belive
Vendio is quick to take money but slow to help (5 days).Understandably I am very frustrated and unhappy with your service.
All I am asking for is that your technical department helps me to have the Vendio Gallery images that I am paying for working.

Hello,

We have been receiving and replying to all of the emails you have been sending in, and sorry to hear that you haven't been receiving them on your end.

Try checking your spam folders to see if they have been incorrectly deleted prior to your viewing them.

The issue has been quite simple actually. The gallery is setup to import your images from your listings, but your listings themselves haven't been displaying the images properly.

If the Vendio gallery goes to import the image based on your preferences and the image isn't there, the gallery can't import it. Unfortunately the gallery has no way on its own to fix an image hosting problem your having elsewhere. No picture in the auction = no picture for the gallery to import.

We have reimported your gallery images for you, so the auctions where the images are now appearing properly - the gallery should be able to pull in those images this time around.

One odd thing I noticed however, was that when you click to 'view sellers other items' - eBay actually shows you with no active listings at this time.

Perhaps you have since ended all of your listings, or maybe eBay is just having trouble with your account at this time.

Regards,
Christopher
