Good evening, I recently changedmy ebay user ID about 30 hours or so ago but my gallery pictures are still pointing to the old ebay account. Can someone look into this for me? Thank you.

Hi there,

The eBay ID that the Gallery is referencing is hard-coded into the Gallery code, so the existing items will continue to reference the old eBay ID unless it is manually changed in the code.

You can change it yourself, either by replacing the eBay ID in the Gallery code that is embedded in the item description, or by generating the Gallery HTML from the Gallery Settings page and replacing the code entirely in the listings. Note that this can only be done if there are no bids on an item.

If you have too many items to realistically revise them all on eBay, please let us know and we can log a request with engineering (this type of request can take a few days to complete, so your items may end by the time we are able to do the project anyway). We can either replace the eBay ID, or remove the Gallery code entirely.

Thanks,

Diana

Diana,
thank you for your help....but it is all too confusing to me.....I only have about 15 items or less running at the time so it is not that I have too many to change, it is just that I have no idea what you mean by the directions you gave me...this has me in tears.....I want to cancel my vendio gallery alltogether but can not even find where todo that...I even subscribed to the live help, which cost me money and then find out that they only take or place calls Mon-Fri......I work and can not do anything while working......and i still have to wait for 2 days to get help.....and it cost me money for help.....am at the end of my rope....
