I noticed on my invoice that I am being charged twice for subscription purposes in the month of November. I am being charged for the silver plan I was under and I am being hit with charges for the gold plan I just switched over to after the month on the silver ended.

Hi there,
This is because you changed your plan on your billing day - our system is processing your previous month's bill and can't "see" the plan change. We are happy to credit your account for the Silver plan fee which was applied in the previous month. You see two Gold plan fees in the same month because one is for that month, and the other is for the month forward. If you look at the dates, one was applied on 11/18 and the other on 12/18.
