I have the same photo in all my gallery photos (both on vendio & on ebay). I thought the first photo would show up in both galleries.
1) What can I do to correct the listings already launched?
2) How can I fix so both gallery photos are my 1st photo?

Hello Shelley,
Do you mean your eBay gallery image is incorrect, or your Vendio Gallery image is incorrect? Or both?
If your eBay gallery image is incorrect you will need to edit the listing directly through eBay.
For future listings you may correct the eBay gallery image by editing the inventory item. Go to the "Site Specifics" tab and click on the edit icon for "Features". Then browse for the new eBay gallery image in the "Select a specific image as the Gallery image" section.
If this is for the Vendio Gallery image, for the existing listings you will need to either:
1. Edit the listing through eBay so that the correct image is being used for the eBay listing in the place where your Vendio settings are set to pull the Vendio Gallery image. Then let us know so that we can refresh your Vendio Gallery.
Or
2. Edit your Vendio Gallery preferences to place a different image from your listings into your Vendio Gallery. You may do so by going to "Gallery" in the left-hand menu and select new "Image Selection Order" options. Then let us know so we can refresh your Vendio Gallery.
If you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know a specific listing number as an example. Also let us know in what way you would like it to appear differently.

We have refreshed your Vendio Gallery, which should correct the problem you are having. Please note that when we manually refresh your Gallery it can take two to four hours for the changes to be displayed in your listings. If your Gallery is not updated within this timeframe, please let us know and we will take a closer look.
