Well, I tried and tried, but getting the Vendio gallery to work with the new SYI form has been nearly impossible.
Using the same code that i've been using for all my auctions since before the new SYI form came out, the gallery doesn't show up at all, even though it did with the old form.
Finally got the gallery to show up with the new form by copying and pasting out of my browser preview, but now, the gallery shows up twice in my auction listing, one on top of the other and looks rather ridiculous.
Anybody aware or anybody else having this problem and if so, are there any workarounds?
Some of our customers have reported that the Vendio Gallery does not appear to be working correctly on their listings when using eBay's new SYI (Sell Your Item) form. We have tested this from here, and our tests have shown that although the Gallery does not appear when previewing listings on the new SYI form, it does work correctly once listings are active.
Please simply launch the listings and the Gallery will appear correctly once the listings are active (assuming the code has been entered correctly). If you do continue to have trouble with your Vendio Gallery after launching your listings, please let us know the listing number for one of the active listings so that we can look into this further for you.
