Is there anyway to change the setting of existing auctions. The slot takes way too much time to load and it's very annoying to customers. I made a mistake and want to get rid of it. Cannot seem to change it to basic, the one I want. So far I am not impressed. I didn't look like it would be a problem when I fist set this up but I'm trapped now. Thanks for your help.
The only way to edit galleries on existing auctions is to first change your gallery settings, obtain the HTML for your new settings (there is a link at the bottom of the Gallery Prefs page that allows you to do this), and then edit your existing auctions and replace the old gallery HTML with the new one. We only recommend this if you are HTML savvy. If you decide to do this, please make sure that on the eBay revise screen, you aren't on their HTML editor (which comes up as the default) or your code will show up as HTML code on your listing. Your new listings will contain your new gallery settings so you won't have to worry about those.
