My gallery marquee isn't working in ebay. No pics, just some vendio logo stuff. Anybody have an idea what might be the problem? It used to work just fine....not sure when it stopped, but it's been a while now.
The problem is that your eBay token has expired and will need to be updated. To update your eBay site ID (and obtain an authorization "token" ), go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to the eBay ID. Enter the updated information, click the "Go to eBay Signin" button and follow the steps. After your ID information is updated, your Gallery should begin working within a few hours.
