I just rejoined Vendio, and I think I know now why I quit in the first place.
First of all, I can't seem to be able to get started with a gallery that I want to put on my ebay auction pages.
I can't find the instructions for that.
Secondly, I have never been asked for such personal information before on any website just to post to a forum.
I mean I had to enter all my credit card info, street address, phone number and all that just to post to a forum. That makes me very weiry.
So all that and I still haven't gotten anywhere with Vendio.
I've emailed Vendio that I can't get started with it and received no reply. hhhmmm

I checked the email address that is on file for you account, but was unable to locate an email message from that address. Did you contact us from a different email address?
Your Gallery preferences may be set from within your Vendio account by going to "Gallery" in the left-hand menu. I do see that you have already activated your Gallery successfully, but it might take up to four hours before you can see it working in your listings. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble after that time.

I too am confused about gallery. Could you please clarify how I can get it to work with listings that I already have on ebay? I tried to generate the html code but it does not show my images, it only shows the generic images. Do I HAVE to list my items through Vendio to use this feature? I have my profile information set up in vendio so that it connects to my ebay account. Any help or clarification appreciated.

From your other post/s on this issue it looks like you have already resolved it, but for anyone else checking - note that it can take up to 4 hours for the first time the gallery goes out to find your items.
Going forward the gallery should add itself to any new listings that you submit within 90 minutes of their being searchable on eBay.
