I signed up for the Vendio Gallery about a week and a half ago. All has gone well until today. All of my listings show the Gallery however all I see is red curtains, nothing else.
The gallery was working until about an hour ago. I am in the process of moving the gallery from the bottom to the top of my listings however this has worked without any problems until today also. The galleries that were placed at the bottom of my listings by Vendio are also showing red curtains so I'm sure it is not due to the fact that I am moving their location. I am fairly knowledgeable about HTML and I know that moving them from bottom to top is a simple copy and paste task. The ones that I moved were also working until a little while ago.
Could someone please tell me the current status of the Vendio Gallery images and when they are expected to return.
If you had just added new items to your gallery, it can take a couple of hours for your gallery to update. During this time you may see red curtain images. I'm not sure if this applies to your case but it is good to know this in the future, should you see those red curtains again.

Hello, GoldDustWoman! It's good to see a familiar name in a new place. I decided to leave my Marquee at the bottom, but I want to see some of yours when you have time for a link.
I customized the colors to match the rest of each type of listing. So far, I've been pleased with this Gallery.

I believe I have moved my Vendio Gallery displays to the top of all of my listings so you can click on any of the listings to see what they look like with the Vendio Gallery at the top.
Originally I was going to remove my SD embedded gallery from all of my listings and replace it with the Vendio Gallery but then I decided it might be better to leave my SD Gallery at the bottom of my listings, place the Vendio Gallery at the top and have both of them in my listings. The Vendio Gallery is much more eye-catching than the SD Gallery is but I also feel like if someone scrolls to the bottom of the listing then the SD Gallery will still be there for them to click on if they want to (without having to scroll back up to the top of the listing).
With the Vendio Gallery being placed at the top of the listings then that will be more visible than it is at the bottom of the listing and, since not everyone scrolls to the bottom then the Vendio Gallery will be there at the top for them to click on also.
I also have links throughout my listings with a clickable logo that takes them to my eBay store. I like to give people as many chances as I can to click on my other items, LOL.
Sonya...thank you for your reply. I know about the time lag regarding updating the Vendio Gallery. The items that were not showing however had been listed for several days. As I posted above, it must have just been a glitch or something because they were working again a little while after I made my first post. I did not realize however that before the update occured the red curtain might show in my gallery for those items yet to be updated so thank you for that info.
I would be interested in hearing people's opinions on the placement of their Vendio Galleries. Do you feel the top of the listing better or is the bottom better and why do you feel that way?

Edited To Add: I forgot to mention that I also use Oscar's Thumbnail Cross Selling Tool in my listings also.
