I just started w/ vendio today. Signed up for everything. Imported ads. Set up preferences. Gallery is only showing 3 of many auctions and store items. I asked for a mix. What am I doing wrong? Can I add Gallery to old store listings?

When you first sign up it can take a couple hours for everything to import. I have checked your gallery in our system against your seller list, and it has been updated. There is no need to add the gallery to any listings now.

Thank you for your help. I have another question. I subscribed to the Gold pkg which is suppose to show 200+ images. When I watch the gallery I only count 79 out of the 141 ebay items I have in auctions or my store. Can you tell me why and will this change or do I need to change something?
I'd also like to ask if there's a more comprehensive manual on Vendio services. I'd like to seriously start taking advantage of more of your services.
I'm a Mac person and was just using e-bay and sparedollar. Your site seems much more advanced but it is unfamiliar to me. I struggled with navigating the 1st few days.
A manual I could download and study would be very helpful.

Hi Larry,
I've checked how many items you've got in your gallery in our system and it shows you have 141 items, which is equal to your eBay seller list. Are you looking a specific category or at all categories?
Our Help section has five PDF files which are Getting Started guides for our system. These downloadable guides will help you to become more familiar with our system. If you have any questions after reading these guides, please do not hesitate to ask us.
