Hopefully this is a simple one for you. I subscrbied to Gallery yesterday and set up the gallery at the bottom of the description. All autions set up as advertized. After looking at my auctions I decided I would like the Gallery at the top instead of the bottom so I went to gallery preferences page and the only thing I changed was the placement from bottom to top. I have done this twice over the last twelve hours with hours in between and your system will not move the Gallery from the bottom to the top on any of my listings. I have cleared my cache and reviewed the listings, gallery still on the bottom. thanks in advance for helping getting this straightened out.
When you move placement, the placement will apply to future listings. Your currently active listings will still contain the gallery at the bottom. If you want to move placement on active listings, you will have to edit each listing and move the HTML from the bottom to the top.
