HI, I just signed up for Vendio Gallery yesterday and I love it!
However, only the images from my ebay store items are showing in the gallery and any item that is an auction has a 'Please click here to see item' image.
I'm assuming I just have the wrong instructions in the image calling section, but i've been playing around with it and still no luck.
What were your image settings for gallery before you changed them? We can get your images re-imported but we need to make sure that you have your settings exactly the way you want them before you do this.

Thanks for your reply.
I had just been playing around with the settings to see if it made any difference, because I can't tell which number placing my item image is. I don't use any other images, but I had a look at the source code and ebay have heaps of images thrown in. WHat I'm trying to figure out is which number settings I should be using.
It seems to work fine for anything that is a store item, but not if it is an auction.
If you can tell me how I should have it set up, then I will just leave the settings alone from now on!!
Your image settings for gallery are gallery image, header image, then last image in listing. You have your own URL inserted for Image Hosting Provider as well. If this is how you typically list your images in your listings, then you can leave it like this. We just want to double check that you have it the way you want it, before we go forward with the refresh of those images. I think that last image in your listing is okay, or you could always change it to first image since you seem to only have one image in most of your items.

ok, thanks for your help.
I have changed the settings to be how I think they should be, and if you are able to make my auction images work, then I will never change the settings again!

Hi Belinda,
I was able to re-import the missing images, except for one auction that does not have any images on it. That auction is #2985961223 so you'll see one red curtain image in your gallery now -- it's for that auction.
You may need to clear cache and refresh in order to see the updated gallery.

Thanks again for your help Sonya.
The latest auctions I've listed are working, but some of the auctions listed earlier in the week still don't work, and now also lots of store items that worked before don't anymore!
I haven't changed any settings since you fixed things up, and I cleared my cache and have had other people check my gallery from their computer and they say lots of images are broken.
Any further ideas? I save all my images in the same way, and upload them the same, so I can't figure it out! I'd really like to iron out all the issues before I go ahead and upload lots more auctions.

My mistake - store images are still working, just not auction pics still. Most new items are, except for any that I relisted...they don't seem to work.
I checked your gallery again and all items have been imported and images are showing on all except for the one I referenced above. When you say they aren't working for you, what do you see? Have you tried to clear your browser cache?
