since I signed up and made the first payment to Vendio. Although I love the gallery looks, it's has not function right yet for me. I am posting here because I sent an email yesterday and did not get the answer yet.
The question is: What do you think, Bob, Daren, Sonya and Chris - is there any way to fix my account that it will work? The last I heard was about 3 days ago - that Vendio engineers will try to figure out the mystery with my account - all settings are correct, yet, it just does not work.
Here are the outstanding issues.
1) The galleries are not inserted automatically into the listings (I inserted most of them manually. I have a few listings I have not inserted the gallery code in and I monitor them to see whether the "automatic" insertion will occur. Nope, no such luck.
2) I list every day. The new items I listed over the period of the last 3-4 days have never made it to the database.
3) The default "Pottery and Glass" really needs to be changed to "All Categories", it looks odd on Power Tools items auctions.
I am asking for help again.
