Gallery has been functions fine but as of this minute I have no gallery images. Can anyone help?

I have posted to several boards and written to Vendio customer service with the same problem. Haven't had pictures in my Marquee gallery in days. Except for Vendio telling me to clear my cache (BTDT)received no replies or help!

Hello Kaperrigin and coincoach-
I've checked both of your accounts to view your listings.
Kaperrigin- your account has 2,000 active listings in it. I check the first two and the last two and the Vendio gallery looked fine. I'm not sure what the link is for in your post but it looked fine as well (a little blurry).
Coincoach, I looked at several of your auctions and they all looked fine as well.
My guess if you can't see the gallery is that you two will need to get the Flash upgrade for your computer. If you're seeing broken pictures, you'll both need to provide example listing numbers for us to look at.

Don't know why BUT they are showing up if I go through ebay to look at my listings but if I click a listing or in midst of creating a listing through vendio just get the little stars.
Go figure?

found out it had something to do with McAfee privacy service. Had to turn off to see images when creating listing as that was preventing me from seeing gallery images if I clicked on a current auction through vendio and opened a window to ebay.

Hello Darin, Here is one auction #3746754639, however all of my auctions are missing pics in my gallery--just the little stars. I can only go by my computer, but they have not shown up in 3 days, either through Vendio auction list or ebay's. This is not helping my auctions, which need all te help they can get.

Well, I don't have any update on the McAfee problem. I'm not sure we're going to list that as bug or not. There's no way for me to know yet as this just developed.
In the case of the stars...honestly, I've found this to be caused from delays in getting the page uploaded. If you have changed your ISP lately (or if they've made changes that could be affecting service levels), then this would cause the delays. Also adding to the delays are slower connections combined with more images to download.

Darin, I have not changed ISP's and no changes have been made on my AOL, as far as I can determine. The only recent change is Vendio's image hosting. My problem seems to have started the day the new image hosting went into effect. This is exasperating. I got the Marquee gallery in the hope it would help my sales. What good is it to me this way?

Hi Amber, Thank you for letting me know that you can see the pics in my gallery. Someone on another board told me the same thing. It seems I am the only one who can't see them  Well, I'll keep trying to figure this out. The important thing is everyone else can see my gallery.

Have you guys gone to http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/ and updated your flash player? I copied this link from one of the posts in the Sales Manager section, one of the moderators put it there. I did it yesterday and my gallery started loading faster.
