Hi, I made a change to my gallery settings about 8 hours ago. Instead of the first images in my auction, I changed it to my eBay gallery images. I just checked and The first images are still showing up. I verified my settings and my eBay gallery images are showing up on eBay's gallery page. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,
Changing Gallery settings will only apply to new listings launched after the settings are updated. I would be happy to manually refresh your Gallery for you, however. Let us know if the update doesn't happen by later this evening.

Hi, What happens when you revise your existing auction listing? Does vendio re-submit the gallery html automatically or does it ignore the listing since the system thinks it has already updated that listing number?

Hi there,
The Vendio gallery does one import for the listing. It will not refresh or pick up the revisions once the auction has been imported into the Vendio Gallery. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
