I signed up for Vendio Gallery. I already had 2 Ebay auctions running. I imported them and added the Gallery to them. When it showed up in my listings it was on top and I wanted it on the bottom so I tried to change it. I also tried to change from Marquee to Basic. I never could get the changes to show up in my auctions. Then I noticed that I'd suddenly stopped getting any hits on both of my auctions for nearly 24 hrs. I tried to figure out why and discovered that the little thumbnail gallery listing pic that shows up in searched lists had disappeared! I revised my items and deleted the html for Vendio gallery and Voila!, my listing pics reappeared. I'd really like to be able to use this service , but it won't help me if no one even looks at my auctions because I have no listing pic. Can someone tell me what I did wrong?
You have the option set 'Do not automatically insert. I'll insert myself' so the gallery isn't inserting itself in your listings. For the two you have active right now, you'll have to manually insert using the HTML. If you edit those preferences and change it to automatically insert the gallery, you should have this problem anymore.
I reviewed your settings and aside from that, everything else looks good.

Sonya, Thanks for your quick reply. I changed that setting to 'Do not automatically insert. I'll insert myself' AFTER I discovered the problem and deleted the html from my auctions. I had it set to automatically insert the gallery to begin with. That's when it caused the problem. I only changed it to 'Do not automatically insert. I'll insert myself' to make sure it didn't reinsert itself and cause this problem again.
